UPDATE (5:00pm)-- As part of the ongoing investigation, the Lee County Sheriffs Office Digital Forensics Unit uncovered additional video containing sexual content.
This evidence has resulted in additional charges: one count of Lewd Battery: Encouraging, Forcing, Enticing a Person Less than 16 years of age into prostitution or any other act involving sexual activity and one count of Sexual Performance of a Child.
